What we collect

When you join, we collect your name and email address. We also record a registration identifier, the registration time, the version of the launch-email consent notice, and the free-month offer associated with your signup. If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.

Our hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The waitlist form does not collect payment details or access your microphone, screen, meetings, calendar, or Notion workspace.

Why we use it

We use signup information to manage the waitlist, avoid duplicate registrations, communicate about early access and launch, and provide the launch offer. We use correspondence to respond to your request. Joining expresses your agreement to receive these launch-related emails; you can withdraw that agreement by contacting us.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Waitlist records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through our Sites hosting infrastructure. This database is separate from the Supabase backend used by the desktop app. Infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process information needed to host and operate this website. Email you send us is also handled by the email services involved in delivery.

Names and email addresses are not published on the site, and there is no public endpoint for reading the list. We do not sell waitlist information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may process information outside your country.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not include advertising pixels or a custom analytics tracker. Hosting infrastructure may use essential technologies for security or access control, including sign-in on private previews. The waitlist is stored in the database, not in your browser’s local storage.

Retention and removal

We keep waitlist records while managing early access and the launch offer, unless you request removal or continued retention is required by law. A fixed launch date has not been announced. To request access, correction, removal, or withdrawal from launch emails, contact m@lumaviox.com from the email you used to join. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live.

Security

The site uses HTTPS and server-side database access. Visitor details are not exposed through a public list. No online service can guarantee absolute security; do not submit passwords, financial details, or sensitive documents through the waitlist.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Changes and desktop features

We may update this notice as the website develops and will change the date shown above. Material changes to the use of waitlist information will be communicated as appropriate. Desktop capture, AI processing, account synchronization, and external integrations require their own product disclosures before use; joining the waitlist does not authorize those activities.
