CONTROL IS PART OF THE PRODUCT
Personal context.
Clear boundaries.
Lumaviox is in development. This is a description of the current design and its limits—not a security certification.
This website
The waitlist stores names, email addresses, registration times, consent versions, and the launch offer in a Cloudflare D1 database through Sites. The database is accessed from server code. No public list or read API exposes visitor records. The site uses HTTPS and does not ask for microphone or screen permissions.
Desktop capture and memory
Desktop controls let you start or pause capture. Screen context and microphone access depend on your choices and operating-system permissions. Selected content is sent to the configured cloud AI providers through the Lumaviox backend for processing; it is not a fully offline workflow.
Desktop memory and exported backups may contain readable personal content. We do not claim that all local notes or backup files are encrypted by Lumaviox. Protect your device and store exported backups privately.
Accounts and cloud synchronization
The desktop account service uses Supabase. The memory-sync design uses account-specific database access rules and checks for conflicting changes. Manual synchronization is implemented, but cross-device validation remains in progress. We do not claim end-to-end encryption for cloud memory.
Connections and credentials
The Notion integration is being activated and tested. Its implementation stores encrypted connection credentials in the backend, with access restricted to server code and encryption bound to the account. End users will authorize selected Notion pages rather than enter developer API keys. This description is not a claim that Notion import is publicly available yet.
Meetings and actions
The independent meeting assistant is planned, not live. It is intended to join visibly and operate with participant consent. Generated calendar events, drafts, dates, and follow-ups require user review. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect.
Deleting or disconnecting
For website waitlist removal, email m@lumaviox.com. The desktop app has memory deletion and connection controls; disconnecting an integration does not itself erase imported notes, provider-held data, or backup files. Contact us for help with account data. Full deletion flows across cloud providers are still being validated.
